Started the first few minutes of 2012 being single, sandwiched between two crazy-passionate couples while watching the fireworks in a clusterfuck of Chinatown and Little India up above the MBS Skypark, wondering why the fuck am I down here and where the fuck are my friends. Headed back to the hotel room only an hour later thanks to the massive mission to get everybody out of the top floor....

Wonderful how the season sale just happens. This Christmas has been quiet and reflective. It’s getting kinda late here and I haven’t got all the time to do a year in review of how my 2011 went, but it sure has been a real expensive one ever since the A’s ended last year. Just glad I made it.

Two weeks passed by so quickly, and I’m having such a good time in Foundation Term I just don’t know what to even say anymore.
Broke new records in terms of physical fitness, +1 for me. Just hoping hard for the CBRD/EOD interviews that should come soon. Dream vocation, dream job, tough training. But at least it’ll be different from all the usual shit that’s going on.

I’m headed to the Pasir Laba Camp tomorrow, which is like travelling to the other end of the world from where I am.
Block leave is about to come to an end and I’m quite glad I made the most out of it. So I guess this is a next chapter in my soldiering life, as a Specialist Cadet Trainee.
